No online checkout — your order list becomes an enquiry, and a florist confirms flowers, price and delivery window in person.

What's in it

  • bi-colour peach roses
  • apricot spray roses
  • cream stock
  • lemon leaf

Wrap, ribbon and a hand-written card included. Contents follow the week's market — we confirm the final list before tying.

Caring for it

Garden roses are conditioned head-down in deep cool water for two hours before tying.

Recut 2cm off each stem at a steep angle and stand them in 8cm of cool water for two hours before arranging.

Garden roses drink fast. Top the vase daily rather than moving the bouquet; the heads last longest where the air is cool.

Remove any head that fades before its neighbours — the rest will follow the week, not the weakest stem.

Pet note. No lilies in this bouquet. We still keep bouquets out of reach of pets who chew — ask the bench for a fully pet-safe build if yours is a chewer.

Getting it there

Hand-tied at the bench, wrapped in the collection's paper, and delivered by our own van in New York same day when you order by 2pm ET. Nationwide, it travels next-day in a fitted box, stems in water pods, and never sits in a depot overnight.

Pair it with

A weighted footed bowl or a short cylinder — garden rose heads are heavy and will buckle in a tall thin vase. Pairs well with a candle rather than other flowers: this is the one bouquet that doesn't want company. If the room runs warm, ask us to send the buds half-closed; they open over the second and third day instead of peaking in the first evening.

When to send it. Birthday orders run heaviest on weekends — order Friday for Sunday.

Good to know

Sorbet Rose runs Petite, Classic and Grand at $58, $88 and $142; the ladder buys stems, wrap and the hand-written card, and the difference between sizes is stem count, not flower grade. If the market runs short of bi-colour peach roses that week, we name the substitute before tying and you can say no — we never swap quietly. Colour in life sits a shade warmer than on a screen; screens lie cool.

A fruit-salad palette that stays tasteful — we keep the greens muted.
