Meadow Study
A hand-cut corner of meadow: airy, moving, never stiff.
No online checkout — your order list becomes an enquiry, and a florist confirms flowers, price and delivery window in person.
What's in it
- cosmos
- scabiosa
- nigella
- grasses
- chamomile
Wrap, ribbon and a hand-written card included. Contents follow the week's market — we confirm the final list before tying.
Caring for it
Airy stems tangle; we condition them separated by kind, then build in the hand.
Airy stems splay in a wide vase; a narrow neck keeps the meadow shape we tied.
Cosmos and chamomile are short-lived by nature. Enjoy the movement; we tie extra buds so it opens over days.
Mist lightly if your room is dry — grasses take water through the seed heads.
Pet note. No lilies in this bouquet. We still keep bouquets out of reach of pets who chew — ask the bench for a fully pet-safe build if yours is a chewer.
Getting it there
Hand-tied at the bench, wrapped in the collection's paper, and delivered by our own van in New York same day when you order by 2pm ET. Nationwide, it travels next-day in a fitted box, stems in water pods, and never sits in a depot overnight.
Pair it with
Anything with a narrow neck: the meadow wants to lean. Pairs with linen, wood and morning light; skip glossy ceramics.
When to send it. Birthday orders run heaviest on weekends — order Friday for Sunday.
Good to know
Meadow Study runs Petite, Classic and Grand at $48, $72 and $115; the ladder buys stems, wrap and the hand-written card, and the difference between sizes is stem count, not flower grade. If the market runs short of cosmos that week, we name the substitute before tying and you can say no — we never swap quietly. Colour in life sits a shade warmer than on a screen; screens lie cool.
The bouquet equivalent of an open window.
