Bronze Ledger
Bronze and amber on a ledger of eucalyptus — office-safe autumn.
No online checkout — your order list becomes an enquiry, and a florist confirms flowers, price and delivery window in person.
What's in it
- bronze chrysanthemums
- amber spray roses
- seeded eucalyptus
Wrap, ribbon and a hand-written card included. Contents follow the week's market — we confirm the final list before tying.
Caring for it
Dahlia stems seal if cut dry; we recut under warm water and tie the same hour.
Dahlias seal if cut dry. Recut under warm water and into the vase within the hour.
Autumn bunches carry seed heads and grasses — they are meant to dry in the vase. The bouquet changes; it does not fail.
Keep away from radiators: heat that pleases people wilts dahlias in a day.
Pet note. No lilies in this bouquet. We still keep bouquets out of reach of pets who chew — ask the bench for a fully pet-safe build if yours is a chewer.
Getting it there
Hand-tied at the bench, wrapped in the collection's paper, and delivered by our own van in New York same day when you order by 2pm ET. Nationwide, it travels next-day in a fitted box, stems in water pods, and never sits in a depot overnight.
Pair it with
Dark ceramic or amber glass, wide mouth. Add the rust velvet ribbon roll at enquiry and we will double-tie the wrap.
When to send it. Corporate sends are invoiced, not paid per order — say the word and we set up the account.
Good to know
Bronze Ledger runs Petite, Classic and Grand at $52, $78 and $124; the ladder buys stems, wrap and the hand-written card, and the difference between sizes is stem count, not flower grade. If the market runs short of bronze chrysanthemums that week, we name the substitute before tying and you can say no — we never swap quietly. Colour in life sits a shade warmer than on a screen; screens lie cool.
Chrysanthemums redeemed: the bronze market varieties are worth it.
