Tell us the room, the date and the reason

A florist reads every enquiry and replies within one business day — usually the same morning. If it is urgent, call.

We reply within one business day.

No online checkout. Once we agree the flowers and the delivery window, we send a Stripe invoice or take payment by phone — whichever is easier.

What to put in the note

The delivery address or at least the ZIP, the date you need it, and whether the recipient will be in. If it is a workplace, add the floor and the reception hours. If it is a hospital, add the ward. Everything else — palette, budget, what they dislike — helps, but those four decide whether the flowers arrive.

If the order is for a funeral, call instead. The timing is usually tighter than a form allows, and we would rather speak to you than trade emails while a service is being planned.

Before you write

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually the same morning. Enquiries that arrive after 6pm are answered the next working day.
Can I order by phone?
Yes — and for funerals, hospital deliveries and same-day orders it is faster. +1 (718) 555-0142, Tuesday to Saturday.
Do you take card details over email?
Never. Payment goes through a Stripe invoice or a phone call. If an email asks for card details and it is not from hello@florelle.com, it is not us.

What happens after you press send

Your note lands on the bench screen, not in a queue. The florist who will tie your order reads it that day — if a stem you asked for is finished at the market, the reply says so and offers the two closest things rather than a guess.

The reply confirms three things in writing: the final flower list, the all-in price, and the delivery window. Nothing is charged at that point. The order exists when you answer "yes, go", and the bouquet is cut and conditioned the same morning it travels — never the night before.

If the delivery is a gift and the recipient is out, the driver calls before deciding anything. You get a photo of the handover, and the card message is read back to you once, in the reply, so a typo never reaches the ribbon.
